Project 10 pan FAIL!

ok so I offically failed on my project 10 pan... I didn't even use up ONE single product! ahahha I got a little excited when I recieved my grant money in the mail today that I bought some makeup brushes from Target and Mac and a blush... bad me!

Anyways enough of my failure... today went to Rose Hills for my grandpas one year anniversary of passing and had lunch at yardhouse after... it was nice then walked it off at the mall hahaha...

my dad just told me we're having a party at the house on Sunday for his bday and I have to cook AND CLEAN! oh I am going to be soo tired... and man school next day too shit! back to THAT cycle... spring break so sweet yet so short!

Today I made some chocolate covered strawberries!!! Don't they just look delicious?!?

I did my nails again.. I got inspired by the Hello Kitty collection from MAC that came out a long time ago... sadly these nails only lasted about a day and then i just had the urge to peel them off because of the thickness of it (I over layered it with clear nail polish haha)

Oh spring break.... hahaha

Spring Break!!

So with the start of spring break I made KIMCHI and Katogi!!! Mainly made it for my mom for when she gets back next Saturday!! so yea basically I did this the whole day haha
And then I made dinner... its a Korean street food.. fried fishcake soup? I think thats the name of it but yea I promise you it taste and looks much better in person.. the picture down here doesn't make it look too appealing... I hate my camera it uses flashes when I don't want flash and no flash when I do want flash ugh oh well...

Oh went to the Korean market yesterday and bought these traditional Korean cookies... and omg soo bomb!! I call them my grandma cookies cause well old people usually eat them hahaha

So I went to Target today to buy my dads bday present and I decided to go to Ross and bought me a shirt and a dress for Jackie haha and next door to Ross is dog bakery sooo I stopped by and picked up my poochies some lunch... I got them a dog pizza and cookies! There were two more cookies but they ate them before I could take a picture hahaha

So one Wednesday I was "studying" for my last final but ended up doing my nails and as you can see my empty study guid under my hands hahaha... I got inspired by ladybugs hahaha... but sadly today while making my kimchi my nail polish started to peel off because of the constant water contact wiht my nails so I had to peel and take off my nail polish so that bits and pieces wouldn't go into my kimchi hahaha

So that is how my spring break looks so far... tomorrow I plan on doing the laundry and Sunday washing my dogs and then Monday washing my makeup brushes... oh yes who needs Cabo or some exotic/fun trips during spring break hahaha... gosh I'm lame hahaha

End of Winter

Woke up to a nice breeze of air ahh spring is here... eventhough it felt like winter never came haha. Such a shame I have to study all day for my last final tomorrow.. its so nice out I want to go to the beach!!

So yesterday I took my second final and as I was walking to class a baby fly flew into my eye and it didnt come out... so I checked my mirror and sure enough it was stuck in there boo! I tried to pick it out but it only got further into my eye and it started to burn so I kept squeezing my eyes to get it in a position to where I can see it and it worked.. finally I had to take it out like a contact hhaha so then I took my final with one red eye... boo... but good thing it was only one eye if both my eyes were red then people would have though I was on something hahaha

ugh I dont want to take my last final.. its always the last day of my last pain in the ass final.. never again will I take womens studies ahaha

Oh last night I had a dream that I got my own apartment and it was nice I was in the middle of planning a party and then I woke up.. I was soo disappointed hahahaha and even if you try to go back to that dream by sleeping right away.. it never happens... never! or atleast for me haha

sandals from hell!

I'm not a type of person to waste or throw away some stuff.. esp if they're like new but today I just had to do this...

I wore these pair of sandals while walking my dogs and it was the second time I wore it.. first time I wore it I got cut from it but it wasnt too bad... but today I had to come back to my house to change shoes cuz well my foot was bleeding like crazy =( So as I was cleaning my wound I got mad at those pair of shoes and just decided to throw them away (esp after seeing my OWN blood on them hahaha) ugh! so now I have a very unattractive cut on my foot (those pairs were one of those girly flpflops with beads and other crap) haha good thing I didn't buy those shoes! even if I did I dont think I would cuz its so uncomfortable and scratchy =/

I should have taken a photo of my injury hahah but my toenails aren't painted hahahhaha

finals week!!! woo lets do this! So far 1 down and 2 to go! woot

so today I sent my mom a e-mail in Korean!! using my trusty translator from my phone woot! hahaha

Also this week I decided to go on a monster binge (sort of) to help me stay awake and focus... so far so good a lot better than coffee and that 5 hour energy thing... I wish I had left school early today when I got a urge of motivation to write my paper... now I have no motivation or focus for it.. instead I'm watching Sex and the City hahaha

Rant

So normally I wouldnt talk about this but this is really frustrating... whats up with Lindsay Lohan and suing etrade? dude she needs to realize that theres more than one Lindsay in the world (it is a common name!) and her people have the nerve to say "have you heard of Oprah... Madonna?" REALLY?!?! its friggn LINDSAY!... one of the most common white girl name! she needs a reality check quick! and suing for 100 million for pain and suffering? omg I just want to strangle her and say GET A REAL JOB! geez shes such a crook trying to get paid the easy way cuz her acting career is practically done! Gosh really annoying when people try to mooch their way to fame and money without deserving it... she needs a real job asap!

Oh poo! I should have tied my hair today... so windy in Irvine..

So everytime I come to school and I find really good parking I like to tell myself that today will be a good day that will go by fast... and I found good parking today.. buuuuuuut time is going by so slow.. and I'm on break! I'm getting tired too..

I think I will buy myself a pack of monster for this week of papers and homework! Too bad I got sick from coffee hahaha

Oh man I feel so not prepared for my class... I did the readings.. err last week and I dont remember what I read soooooo to avoid being called on I'm just going to look busy writing and not make any sudden eye contact with my professor hahah.. wished there was another protest going on today so my prof will just let us out early again hahaha

man March needs to end NOW! I miss my mama! This morning my dad showed me pictures that she sent of her gamma knife and she had this thing over her head and she had to keep it on for about three days and it looked like one of those head gear people wear when they get braces haha but bulkier.. and now shes left with four holes on her head from it... good thing she has a lot of hair to cover them holes! So no shes going on a trip with her family...

oh so I found a new shampoo thats cruelty free (as so it says on the bottle) and its treseme (sp?) haha I got the one that reduces split ends so we'll see if it works... but so far I dig it can see the major change from pantene

hmm so my project 10 pan is going good havent bought anything else.. but I have been using ohter products that I have instead of the 10 that I picked out so... this might taake me forever! hahaha

I dont know why but todays weather (minus the wind) makes me want to go to santa monica right now and just people watch

hmm so I think I ran out of things to type about so.. back to internet surfing before class.. fun

Alice in Wonderland!

So I watched Alice in Wonderland tonight and I LOVED IT!!!! esp sine I was in another state of mind hahaha... yea def a good movie to go to NOT sober! hhahaha

However... I bought the Alice in Wonderland eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay last month and all the names of the eyeshadows were names from the book so I found myself thinking ooo thats this color and thats that color hahaha...

Project 10 pan

so I'm going start this project 10 pan (or try to) where I pick 10 of my makeup items and use it till its all gone and I can't buy anymore makeup until I accomplish my project 10... it will def save me lots of money... but I feel like its not a realistic goal either hahaha but I WILL try it...

With that said I GRACE LEE will use up all these products without purchasing new ones... So I have:

1)Covergirl Lash Exact= about 5% of the product is left
2)Covergirl Lashblast= about 70% left
3)Nars blush= HA about 97% left
4)Missha bb cream= about 40% left
5)Loreal liquid eyeliner= about 38% left
6)Wet n Wild cream eyeliner= about 35% left
7)Sephora mini lipgloss= about 10% left
8)Carmex= 75% left
9)Mac eyeshadow grain= 90% left
10)Mac eyeshadow satin taupe= 90% left

however I'm going to put my own twist to it... So my rules (for myself to follow) is going to be... I can only buy mascara, blush, and carmex if and only if I use them all up becuase I don't have any backups hahaha as for the rest I have substitutes so tough luck to that... so if I fail this project.. then well.. I'm not going to punish myself hahah thats absurd! haha but I will make a full on effort to finish all of that even if I give in

WOW I have ALOT of time in my hands to do this hahaha well mostly avoiding revising my paper... its not due till friday but I want to finish it today so I can turn it in tomorrow so I can have friday off haha

So today I realized why I started to use those 2 in 1 shampoos where it contains conditioner too... sooo much faster! hahaha So I used this sample shampoo, conditioner, and treatment I found in my moms room and I decided to use it because I really don't like pantene pro-v and man it took forever trying to get all that soap off hahaha... oh I need a new shampoo... preferably one thats not tested on animlas and smells awesome and makes my hair shine hahahah ok ok enough...

Anyways... Please pray for my mom! It's her second day in surgery and tomorrow should be her last! Also PLEASE pray for Nina's dog Cookie... poor puppy.. doesn't deserve that awful pain and trauma!!

Alright back to work... boo school! I think I will skip my first class tomorrow... we'll see

hahaha so I was doing my homework and there was a funny ad for this soap... I tried to find the comic from my book but no luck in finidng it on the internet... buuut I did find this one hahaha... the original one I wanted to post up was this girl who got dissed by this guy and next day she tells her friend what happened and her friend just says, "I wonder... could he have noticed.. a hint of b.o. sometimes?" LMAO hahaha oh ads back then were soo much more entertaining hahaha
